email odoslanie formulára

Dobrý deň. Prosím Vás ako si nadstaviť odoslanie formulára cez email. Vytvoril som si formulár. Nadstavil kontaktný formulár, spravu dat, viť príloha. Vyskúšal som aj iné skripty aj ine email účty. a vôbec mi to nefunguje. Kde robím chybu.

Z mojich viacročných skúseností moderátora fóra pri komunikácii s užívateľmi programu s výskytom problémov odosielania emailov môžem konštatovať, že nikdy neboli problémy s PHP kódmi generovanými WEBSITEX5 . Doporučujem problém komunikovať s poskytovateľom webhostingu a emailového serveru fy GAYA.

Konzultoval som to s firmou GAYA vraj tam vypisuje túto chybu:
